1. INTRODUCTION.

5. THINGS YOU SUBMIT TO THE SITE.
This Site offers many opportunities for You to contribute Materials to the community on this Site. In addition to the other terms found here, the following terms apply to any Submissions made by You. You Take Responsibility for Your Submissions. You represent and warrant that You have all rights needed to provide Your Submissions to the Hosts for posting to the Site in accordance with these Terms.

e. Intellectual Property
Materials, information, brand names and other contents of the Host may not be changed, copied, reproduced, sold, rented, used, supplemented or otherwise used in any other way without the prior written permission of Statmetrics.org.
Except for the rights of use and other rights expressly granted herein, no other rights are granted to the User nor shall any obligation be implied requiring the grant of further rights. Any and all patent rights and licenses are expressly excluded.
